Join Spartan SGX Coach, Keith Stockwell, to train in a fun and supportive group boot camp outdoors. We will focus on building Endurance, Strength, and Athleticism necessary for your next obstacle course race or general fitness goals. All of our training sessions can be modified to accomodate your specific training needs and capabilities. No two training sessions will be the same. Expect to have fun, and be challenged.
Each boot camp is 45 minutes of intense training designed to give you a great workout and be efficient. You can expect a 5 minute warm-up, followed by 35 minutes of boot camp training, and finishing with a 5 minute cool-down.
